UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 500.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 98 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, in respect of the unauthorised building work on Erf 1482, 10 Hillside Road, Gordon’s Bay.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to add reason 6 as follows:
