UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED That it BE NOTED that the following applications for event liquor licences were considered in terms of subdelegated authority and that the following recommendations were forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended during the period January 2018: A. SECTION 48(4) EVENT LIQUOR LICENCE – E171210 – STELLENBERG GEMEENTE BASAAR Subcouncil 7 recommends that the application received from Marilize Moller, c/o Mountain View Lane and Edelweis Street, Eversdal, event organizer for NG Kerk Stellenberg, for the Stellenberg Gemeente Basaar, Reference No. E171210 BE SUPPORTED. B. SECTION 48(4) EVENT LIQUOR LICENCE – E180101 - THE GRIND OBSTACLE COURSE RACE Subcouncil 7 recommends that the application received from Marc Ralph Fourie for The Grind Obstacle Course Race, Reference No. E1890101 BE CONDITIONALLY SUPPORTED – that the Liquor Licence Application must comply with the Events Permit provision conditions. C. SECTION 48(4) EVENT LIQUOR LICENCE – E180127 – KFM K-DAY 2018 Subcouncil 7 recommends that the application received from Marisa Janse van Vuuren for the KFM Radio K-day 2018, Reference No. E180127 BE CONDITIONALLY SUPPORTED – that the trading hours coincide with the Events Permit ACTION: CARIN VILJOEN cc: Patricia Giliomee
