That an administrative penalty in the amount of R 5 000.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of the unauthorised restaurant extension on Erf 68150 Cape Town at Kenilworth, as shown on the plans with the drawing number M4795F/RFD1drawn by de villiers & moore (Pty) Ltd, dated 2017-03-23 and project number 2016-1807.9 drawn by Design Men (Pty) Ltd, dated 14-11-2017.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
