a. That the application for rezoning from Single Residential Zone 1 to General Business Subzone GB1 of Erf 97869 Cape Town at Newlands, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. That the application for approval in terms of Item 60(k)(ii) of the Development Management Scheme, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 97869 Cape Town at Newlands, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planing By-Law, 2015.
c. That the application for a departure, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 97869 Cape Town at Newlands, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
