RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R2 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Remainder Erf 81505 Cape Town at Retreat regarding the unauthorised building work as shown on the plans drawn by J Michael Sassman, with drawing number GH 2022/1 & GH 2022/2, both dated 01-02-2022.
