RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:

The application for departures, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 1421 Constantia, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.








Additional Condition

3. No mature trees on the common boundary with Remainder Erf 1417 may be lopped, topped, felled, uprooted or cause to be destroyed without the prior written permission of the Director: Environmental Management.
