The application for the Removal of Restrictive Title Conditions II7(b)(i) &(ii) and II7(c), as listed in title deed no 18946/2021, relating to erf 14722, Brackenfell, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 (as amended).
