UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for departures, as set out in Annexure A, on Erf 93 Oranjezicht, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law 2015, in accordance with the amended plan indicated in Annexure C.
b. The application for City approval in terms of the DMS, as set out in Annexure A, on Erf 93 Oranjezicht, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law 2015, in accordance with the amended plan indicated in Annexure C.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
Amend Annexure A:
1.1. Departures from Item 22:
1.1.1. To permit the proposed additions to be 5,570m in lieu of 4.000m in height (behind 12.000m from street) on the North and East boundaries.
