Resolution details

UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:

The application for the departures, as set out on Annexure A, for Erf 1298 Green Point BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, as per the plan in Annexure C.

REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.

Amend Annexure A:

1.1 Item 41(e): to permit the proposed building on the fourth storey (third floor) to be 1.4m and 2.2m in lieu of 6.3m from the south east and south west common boundaries respectively, beyond a point measured 18m from the street boundary

1.2 Item 41(e): To permit the proposed building on the fifth storey (fourth floor) to be 1.4m and 2.2m in lieu of 8.1m from the south east and south west common boundaries respectively, beyond a point measured 18m from the street boundary

1.3 Item 41(e): To permit the building (top of roof) to be 1.4m and 2.2m in lieu of 8.6m from the south east and south west common boundaries respectively, beyond a point measured 18m from the street boundary.
