City Map and Zoning Viewer<span> <h2 class="sectHeading">About the City Map Viewer</h2> <p>With map identity and a navigation, zooming and panning facility, our map viewer offers easy access to spatial details across the metro.<br></p> <p>The map viewer uses layers to create different features on the map. This includes City facilities, properties, districts, zoning, active Building Development Management (BDM), Land Use Cases and more. You may also want to read the <a href="" target="_blank">Municipal Planning Amendment By-law, 2016</a> and <a href="" target="_blank">Second Amendment By-law, 2016</a>.</p> <p>If you use the City’s data as a basis for a plan or insert data into one, you must acknowledge the source of the data as well as the copyright of the Council.<br></p> <span> <h2 class="sectHeading">How to view zoning information</h2> </span> <p>In order to view zoning information for an area, you will need to make sure that the following layers are ticked on the layer list in order to view the zoning data:</p> <ul><li>Themes</li><li>Land administration<br></li><li>Zoning scheme</li><li>Zoning</li></ul> <p>All properties are colour coded according to the zoning scheme.
