The report reflect Subcouncil 16 and not Area North

Submit a monthly report, instead of a quarterly report.

Report to reflect how many EPIC complaints received, dispatched and actioned.
Ward 77: Cllr Francine Higham:
Requested previously a list of all the homeless sites visited. Also need to know how many homeless people were assisted, how many refused, which sites cannot be entered, as it is too dangerous.
A meeting to be arranged with Ms Megan Pangeni, to discuss budgets and how subcouncil can offer support.
