Ms Mandy Taylor attended via Skype. She stated that the City and not the Property Department, sets the tariff. Notice was served for encroachment

RESOLVED that the lease of City Land, being a portion of Erf 148 Clifton , situated off Clifton Road, Clifton, shown hatched and lettered ABCD on the attached plan 130009085 marked annexure A, in extent approximately ± 105 m² to Rony Vogel or his successors in title, BE REFUSED for the following reasons:

Issues with encroachment-boundary walls not compliant with the laws.
The wall must be demolished, as there is no permission to build in that space.
Subcouncil will not regularize encroachment.
