That the content of the report, Public Participation Process to obtain comments on Proposed Categories of Contraventions to which Sections130(2) and (3) of the with the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 do not apply BE NOTED;
That Ald M Nieuwoudt will formulate comments in conjunction with the Subcouncil 2 Chairperson and forward to the relevant department.
