That Subcouncil 18 NOTES, that in consideration that Sub delegated Rule Part 24 4(1), the Subcouncil Manager in conjunction with the Chairperson and Ward Councillor recommends that the application for a new liquor licence received in respect of LLA21010001, Distell Trade Express Ottery, BE SUPPORTED;
