The Sub Council Manager introduced the report on Public Participation process for the draft revised open data policy and asked the official to take the meeting through the report.

The Sub Council Manager asked if the policy need a public participation process.

Mr Niel said that it does and the period is the 1 July 2020 till 31 July 2020 for comments and submission to the Council.

Cllr Yozi noted the report supported by Cllr Jacobs and Cllr Bafo.

There was unanimous agreement with the resolution.

RESOLVED

That the Report public participation process for the draft revised open data policy BE NOTED with comment made by Subcouncil.
