RESOLVED
That the item REMAIN on the MRA and to get a report on it.
Meeting date: 19 January 2017
RESOLVED
That the motion submitted by Cllr G Peck be supported and that the Subcouncil must approach the Property Department and the consultants of Paardevlei Property to supply a report to the Subcouncil on a half yearly basis of the maintenance work and upkeep to the eco-environmental plan of the area around the Paardevlei Dam.
Motivation: Heartland had the area declared an eco-environmental sensitive area and spent a large sum of money to improve and ensure alien plants were removed. The City must ensure that we comply with the environmental plan.
MOVER: Cllr G Peck and was seconded by Cllr D. Khatshwa.
FOR ACTION: GOODMAN RORWANA
