RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:
a. The application for subdivision of Erf 9952 Hout Bay, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, as per plan of subdivision LUM/33/9952, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. The application for the amendment of a condition of an existing approval, for Erf 9952 Hout Bay, as set out in Annexure A, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
Additional Condition
2.6.2. The tittle deed of each land unit arising from the subdivision shall require every owner of a land unit to become a member of the owners association on registration of transfer in their name and such owner must remain a member whilst owning a land unit in the Northoaks Private Estate.
