RESOLVED that:
a. Consent use to permit a guest house on Erf 1444, Durbanville BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 (as amended) in accordance with the plan attached as Annexure C and subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A;
b. Temporary departure to permit the temporary use of the guest house as a boarding house (school hostel) BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 (as amended) in accordance with the plan attached as Annexure C and subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A; and
c. Permanent departure to permit the common building line departure of 1,5m in lieu of 6m for the garage conversion BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 (as amended) in accordance with the plan attached as Annexure C and subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
Conditions
That the word “pupils” be replaced by “learners” in condition 2.3.1
