RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R10 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 15158 Fish Hoek with regard to the unauthorised land use in the form of a guest house and related building work as per the plans drawn by Jurgens Wolfaardt Architectural Technologist, with drawing numbers 32TBW-ADP.101 and 32TBW-ADP.201, both revision 0 and both dated 2023-09-18.
