RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:
a. The departure to permit a shadeport at 0.2m in lieu of 3.0 from the southwestern common boundary on Erf 9857, Brackenfell BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 (as amended), and in accordance with drawing no 01 rev B dated 2023-10-20 drawn by W. Williamson, attached as Annexure B; and
b. The departure to permit a second carriageway crossing 8.645m apart in lieu of 12m from the main carriageway crossing on Erf 9857, Brackenfell BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 (as amended) and in accordance with drawing no 01 rev B dated 2023-10-20 drawn by W. Williamson, attached as Annexure B.
