RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R3 700 for the unauthorised place of instruction, BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 (as amended) in respect of the unauthorised land use on Erf 30950, 63 Mosselbank Street, Windsor Park, Kraaifontein, and such penalty be approved in terms of section 98 of the said By-Law.
