RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
a. The application for the Removal of Restrictive Title Conditions B(a), (b), (c), (d) and (h) from title deeds T69464/1988 and T88092/1993), relating to Erf 854, Durbanville BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
b. The application for the Deletion of Conditions in respect of an existing approval relating to Erf 854, Durbanville BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
c. The application for Rezoning of Erf 854, Durbanville, from Single Residential 1 (SR1) to General Business Subzone 2 (GB2) in order to permit the development of 21 residential units and 564m² GLA commercial BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, in general accordance with the attached Annexure C and subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
d. The application for Permanent Departure to permit the set back of 2.1m in lieu of 4.5m from the Hafele Street boundary above a height of 10m BE APPROVED in terms of 98 of the Municipal Planning Bylaw in accordance with the attached Annexure C.
e. The application for Permanent Departure to permit the set back of 1.6m in lieu of 4.5m from the Windell Street boundary above a height of 10m BE APPROVED in terms of 98 of the Municipal Planning Bylaw in accordance with the attached Annexure C.
f. The application for Permanent Departure to permit the set back of 0m in lieu of 4.5m from the Hafele/Windell Street boundary splay above a height of 10m BE APPROVED in terms of 98 of the Municipal Planning Bylaw in accordance with the attached Annexure C.
g. The application for Permanent Departure to permit 58 on-site parking bays in lieu of 65 bays BE APPROVED in terms of 98 of the Municipal Planning Bylaw in accordance with the attached Annexure C.
Condition 1.3 is amended
1.3.
