RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
a. That an administrative penalty in the amount of R0 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 47052 Cape Town at Rondebosch with regard to the carport on the property as shown on the plan drawn by J Knight with drawing number 1-25 Revision 2, dated May 2017.
b. That an administrative penalty in the amount of R375.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 47052 Cape Town at Rondebosch with regard to the pre-cast boundary wall on the property as shown on the plan drawn by J Knight with drawing number 1-25 Revision 2, dated May 2017.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
