That an administrative penalty in the amount of R0 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of the unauthorised building work on Erf 4886 Noordhoek with regard to the verandah as shown on the plan drawn by Andre du Toit with drawing number 178/2, dated 2017-08-15.
