That an administrative penalty in the amount of R1 500.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 270 Meadowridge, for the verandah with built in braai in accordance with the plan drawn by Donovan Clarke, with drawing number SK.00.02 revision 2, dated 25 October 2017.
