That an administrative penalty in the amount of R10 000.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 1969 Hout Bay with regard to the unauthorised building work as shown on the plans drawn by Salt + Pepper Design, numbered LA.2.100, LA.2.101, LA.2.102, LA.2.103 and LA.2.201, all dated 2017-12-12.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
