a. That the application for subdivision of Remainder Erf 64795 Cape Town at Kenilworth, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, as per plan of subdivision LUM/00/64795, subject to conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. That the application for Council’s approval in terms of Item 136(a) of the Development Management Scheme for Remainder Erf 64795 Cape Town at Kenilworth, as set out in Annexure A, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
