a. That the application for deletion & amendment of restrictive conditions, as set out in Annexure A, for Remainder Erf 680 Constantia, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
b. That the application for deletion & amendment of conditions of an existing approval, as set out in Annexure A, for Remainder Erf 680 Constantia, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
c. That the application for the subdivision of Remainder Erf 680 Constantia, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, as per plan of subdivision LUM/16/680, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
d That the application for a departure, as set out in Annexure A, for Remainder Erf 680 Constantia, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
