That an administrative penalty in the amount of R467 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 59679 Cape Town for the portion of the dwelling house in accordance with the plan with Drawing No RW 30/17, Revision A dated July 2017 and drawn by Allcad Design, Draughting and Project Management.
