RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
a. That the application for amendment of a condition of approval, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 1063 Ottery, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. That the application for departures, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 1063 Ottery, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015.
c. Approval be granted with respect to the title deed conditions, as set out in Annexure A for Erf 1063 Ottery, in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015.
d. That the application for Site Development Plan approval, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 1063 Ottery, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015.
APPLICATIONS GRANTED IN TERMS OF SECTION 98 (b) OF THE BYLAW
Application 1.3.1 is amended as follows:
1.3.1 Item 60 (k); City approval to permit parking bays at ground level closer than 10 m to Ottery Road.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL IMPOSED IN TERMS OF SECTION 100 OF THE BYLAW
That the word Director: Urban Development in conditions 2.7.1, 2.7.2 and 2.7.3 be replaced with Director: Development Management
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
