a. That the application for the amendment of a condition of an existing approval for Erf 30180 Cape Town at Mowbray, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, subject to the additional conditions contained in Annexure A, attached hereto.
b. That the application for departure for Erf 30180 Cape Town at Mowbray, as contained in Annexure A, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
