RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
That an administrative penalty in the amount of R1563 be imposed in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect erf 33815, Milnerton for the unauthorised canvas covering the courtyard, and such penalty BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the said By-Law.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPTSW Panel approved the reasons in the planner’s report and added an additional reason that reads as follows:
6.5. The property is in a scheme in which there are rules of which the owner was aware of and the owner did not abide by those rules
