That an administrative penalty in the amount of R0 be imposed for the building work in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning Amendment By-Law, 2016 in respect of erf 2554, Parklands for the unauthorised building work, and such penalty BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the said By-Law.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
