RESOLVED that:

Subcouncil 17 considered the application for the extension of liquor trading hours submitted by Sasa’s Place, as well as the various comments received and resolve to conditionally approve the application for extension of trading hours Monday to Saturday 18:00-20:00 until such time that the applicant has adhere to the following conditions:

Fire Services requirements was not met. Owners needs to provide the department with a municipal approved plan with fire safety requirements for the establishment of an off consumption liquor outlet.
