Cllr Nikelo asked the official to take the meeting through the presentation. Cllr Cassiem said that the safety plan should commence as soon as possible so that we can avoid the potential threats like extortion. Cllr Nikelo said that the slides needs to be distributed to all councilors for further engagements and also to involve the community at large. Mr. Daniels said that the presentation will should be tabled in the next ACCT meeting and asked whether the officials will be able to present in the meeting on the 30th April 2024. Alderman Jacobs conquered with Mr. Daniels and said that the presentation should be table in the ACTT meeting as stakeholders from around the area can be able to ask questions of clarity. Cllr Nikelo moved for the adoption of the report seconded by Ald Jacobs. There was unanimous agreement with the resolution.
