The Subcouncil Manager said that the official sent an email that he has double booked himself and will not be able to attend the meeting. Cllr Adams said that the item should be deferred. Mr. Daniels said that the presentation was done in FOCOS on the 13th March 2024. Cllr Adams said that the recommendation is to note the report.Cllr Moses moved for the report to be deferred. Ald Jacobs seconded the proposal. There was unanimous agreement with the resolution.
RESOLVED That the report on Education and Awareness pan about water reuse in the city – Phase 1: Subcouncil engagement on the new water programme BE DEFERRED.
