The subcouncil chairperson asked the official to take the meeting through the report.
Ms. Tshandu gave a backround regarding the report and asked Ms. Gogela to give further explanation.
Ms. Gogela mentioned that the report and presentation was tabled in the subcouncil and also in the activities day meeting and if councilors have questions of clarity they can raise them.
Cllr Adams said that the presentation was tabled in the last meeting and fully supports the recommendation.
There was unanimous agreement with the resolution.
