Resolution detail

The Subcouncil Chairperson asked the official to take the meeting through the report Mr. Daniels said there is no official to respond to the questions and the report can be deferred in the next subcouncil meeting. Cllr Moses raised concern that there is no official to table this item and there are questions as to the extensiveness of the public process with regards to which area of the wards comments were received from. Cllr Adams said that they are tabled on Pg. 88 the process of public participation as it does not state from which areas comments were submitted. Cllr Cassiem said that in the report it is stated that the public commented and he is in support of the application but it doewould like to be able to answer when question arises from the community at large. Cllr Nikelo concurred with Cllr Moses and said the Subcouncil had a mandate of not allowing reports where officials are not in attendance to be tabled in the meeting and to send a report to their Executive r if the report can be deferred. Cllr Moses said that he did not get any feedback from the Ratepayers Association regarding this process and he m seconded the proposal. There was unanimous agreement with the resolution. .

RESOLVED That the report on Outcome of the public participaDirector requesting comments. He said that the report should be deferred.

Cllr Moses proposed that the item be deferred.

Cllr Cassies not mattetion process for the proposed local area traffic management plans at: Portavue Primary School, Surrey Estate Vanguard Primary School, Vanguard Estate BE DEFERRED.
