The application for extension of trading hours from 18:00 – 20:00, MONDAY – SATURDAY, submitted by PICK N PAY LIQUOR (GARDENS), MILL STREET, GARDENS, CAPE TOWN, BE DEFERRED, due to further information required, requesting a detailed distribution plan for the off sales, including the scooter delivery services offered as well as the nuisance to the surrounding area.
