That the proposed lease of proposed lease on a portion of erf 25426 Bellville, 8 Witsuikerbos Street, Protea Valley for a 12 meter minor freestanding telecommunication base station: to Rich Reward Leasing (Pty) Ltd NOT BE SUPPORTED for the reasons as listed below:

Parks are primarily utilized by the community and the proposed position of the telecommunication base station is within very close proximity of an installed round-about

Close proximity of the perimeter wall of a private property, noise nuisance is a real concern as it is a fact that towers emit vibrations

Negative visual impact and aesthetically not pleasing on such a relatively small park

Large number of objections recorded
