That The application received from Mrs Ronel van Tonder for a business license for health and entertainment: Massage and infrared treatment, to permit body massages or aromatherapy etc. at RegalRose Wellness Spa @ 32 Westerdale - Durbanville, Farm 159, Portion 51, 32 Westerdale Road Durbanville, BE GRANTED subject to the following standard endorsements for this category of licence: This business license must be displayed prominently in a conspicuous place in or on the premises so as to be visible to patrons, the public and council officials at all times. This business license is not transferable from person to person or from business to business. The premises must comply at all times with the requirements of the Tobacco Products Control Act, Act 183 of 1993, and all regulations made under the Act. The Director: City Health reserves the right to call for any other requirements that may be deemed necessary. The approval of this license does not exempt the holder from compliance with any other licenses, conditions or statutory requirements. The premises must comply with the requirements of the Western Cape Noise control Regulations, P.N.200 of 2013, at all times. The Premises must comply with all the fire and town planning requirements at all times. That authority be granted to the Head: Environmental Health to sign and issue the necessary license referred to in the above.
