PROPOSED LEASE OF CITY LAND BEING KIOSK #5, ST GEORGES MALL, CAPE TOWN: MOHAMMAD DULAL
RESOLVED to RECOMMEND that the lease of portion of City Land Public Street, situated at St Georges Mall, Cape Town shown numbered kiosk #5 on the attached sketch plan marked Annexure A attached to the report, in extent approximately
10 m² to M Dulal or his successors in title, BE APPROVED to inter alia the following conditions, that:

A market rental of R7 500 per month inclusive of rates and excluding VAT calculated at the rate applicable at the time of transaction be payable. The monthly rental is to escalate at 6% per annum compounded annually commencing 01 July 2019.

The lease will endure for a period of 2 years and 11 months.

The rental will escalate at 6% per annum.

The property be used for the sale of fast foods, beverages and related food products only;

Subject to such further conditions to be imposed by the Director: Property Management in terms of her delegated authority;

Subject to compliance with any other statutory requirements;

No compensation will be payable for any improvement made to the property
