George Lubbe will follow-up Elmien Jordaan of Budgets, whether the project Upgrade Park – Irene Park in Ward 15 can proceed in the meantime while the project name change is still in progress.

That a progress report be submitted on the Flood Alleviation-Lourens River project in Ward 84.

That a progress report be submitted to the Subcouncil on the Somerset West PTI with particular reference to the public participation when it will commence in Ward 84.

That a follow-up be made with Melani Ohlson on the Public Transport Facility: Makhaza Bus Facility particularly to the Section 33 process whether it was tabled at Mayoral Meeting on 15 October 2019 in Ward 95.

That a progress report be submitted to the Subcouncil on the Macassar BNG Housing Project in Ward 109 including clarity on the PCER comments on the positive variance due to expenditure on consultant’s fees ahead of plan.

It is recommended that the attached progressive capital expenditure report as at the end of September 2019 be submitted to the Subcouncil for information and noting.
