UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application in terms of Section 42(f) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law of 2015 for the consolidation of Erven 339 & 340, Gaylee BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(iii) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 subject to the conditions attached to Annexure A.
b. The application in terms of Section 42(a) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 for the rezoning of the consolidated property, from Single Residential 1 (SR1) to Community Zone (CO 1) BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(iii) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 subject to the conditions attached to Annexure A.
c. The application for permanent departures, in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law 2015, on Erf Erf 339 Gaylee, 21 Margaret Street, as set out in Annexure A BE APPROVED, in accordance with the Site Development Plan depicted in Annexure C.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report

Amend condition 2.1 as follows:
2.1 Development shall take place generally in accordance with the Site Development Plan attached in Annexure C (plan no 19*699*67) and must include hard and soft landscaping proposals to the satisfaction of the authorized official: Development Management
Amend condition 2.3 as follows:
2.3 The number of congregants shall be limited to 150
Replace condition 2.4 as follows:
2.4 The activities onsite shall comply with the Western Cape Provincial Noise Control Regulations, 2013 and not cause a noise nuisance to abutting property owners
Delete condition 2.6 and update numbering
