RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R10 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 11028 Fish Hoek with regard to the unauthorised land use (place of instruction) and building work in accordance with the plans drawn by Chelsea Pedersen Architecture with drawing numbers 2203-02-204B, 2203-02-205B and 2203-02-206B, all dated 2022-07-20.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report
