UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. An administrative penalty of R 6 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of erf 3443 Montague Gardens, for the unauthorised house shop and that such penalty be approved in terms of Section 98(b) of the said By-Law.
b. An administrative penalty of R 3 700.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of erf 3443 Montague Gardens, for the unlawful building work and that such penalty be approved in terms of Section 98(b) of the said By-Law.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reason set out in the Planner’s Report.
