An administrative penalty in the amount of R 300.00 for the unauthorised building work, BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning Amendment By-Law, 2019, in respect of Erf 71444, 6 Bambanani Street, Mxolisi Phetani Khayelitsha.
