a. The application for removal of conditions E(a), E(b) and E(d) of Title Deed No T34446/2000 for Erf 1103, Somerset West BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015
b. The application for rezoning of Erf 1103, Somerset West, from Single Residential Zone I to Local Business Zone 1 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A
c. The application for a regulation departure from the DMS for Erf 1103, Somerset West, to permit vehicles to reverse over the sidewalk BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015
d. The application for the Site Development Plan to permit the property to be used for professional offices and a specialised therapy centre BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal
