RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:
a. An administrative penalty in the amount of R0 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of the unauthorised swimming pool on Erf 88622 Cape Town at St James, as shown on the plan drawn by Andre Rademeyer Architects with drawing number 01-01, Revision 1, dated January 2020.
b. That an administrative penalty in the amount of R1000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of the unauthorised brick work and door on Erf 88622 Cape Town at St James, as shown on the plan drawn by Andre Rademeyer Architects with drawing number 01-01, Revision 1, dated January 2020.
