a. The subdivision of erf 6145, Parklands into two portions BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(iii) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. City approval to permit development within the Koeberg Restriction Area Overlay Zoning on erf 6145, Parklands, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
